Welcome to The James H. and Mary B. Quello Center for Telecommunication Management & Law

The James H. and Mary B. Quello Center for Telecommunication Management and Law was established in 1998 to be a world-wide focal point for excellence in research, teaching, and the development and application of expertise in telecommunication management and policy. We are dedicated to original research on current issues of information and communication management, law and policy.

The Quello Center is located in the Telecommunication, Information Studies, and Media department of the College of Communication Art and Sciences at Michigan State University.
